Build strong teams at your school or workplace.

Bringing people together through challenge.

This is where strong teams are built. Team Challenges uses a series of tasks and games to get groups communicating effectively, cooperating and working together towards a common goal.

Team Challenges

Throughout our Team Challenges sessions one of our team members will be on hand to guide groups towards success. But what is success? Ultimately, success is how well groups work together. It’s easy to be distracted by the task or challenge, get a little competitive or lose focus. We’ll be on hand to ensure that team members recognise when that focus on teamwork has been lost and how they can become a better, stronger team. Often, when teams focus on themselves, the task falls into place too.

The activity can be run indoors or outdoors and uses all kinds of equipment: Ropes, cones, balls, blindfolds, tarpaulins, carpet tiles and more. We can also run bushcraft activities such as water filtration, fire lighting and shelter building.

Team challenges are a great way for a new year group to get to know each other and is an ideal activity to be used as part of an activity day working on the following skills:

  • Team Work

  • Leadership

  • Communication Skills

  • Lateral Thinking

  • Responsibility
