Boccia - A competitive sport suitable for all abilities.

Played in teams from a seated position, Boccia is fully inclusive and easy to pick up.

Did you know? Boccia is one of only two paralympic sports that doesn’t also feature in the Olympics.

The concept of the game is similar to bowls; The aim is to propel (roll, throw, kick, or push) a set of balls and position them closer to the 'jack' than the opposing team.

Boccia Hire

Often hired as an educational activity, our structured sessions can be adapted to suit most age group. For younger children we use the game to raise awareness of disability, do some maths outside of the classroom and work on motor skills and coordination. For older groups, we’ll bring in tactical aspects, skills and play by Olympic rules.

We have a qualified Boccia coach on our team which means we can also cater for players or groups with experience or looking to improve their game.

We frequently run Boccia and New Age Kurling together and can often do this at no extra cost.
