We're all about providing super service, inspirational experiences and offering the best possible value for money to the schools, businesses and people we work with. Why is this so important to us? In truth, we all want to sleep well at night feeling like we've done a great job, hopefully having made a small difference to people's days, weeks or perhaps even lives.

There are a few key ways we go about doing this:

If things aren't safe then they're unlikely to be the fun, positive and inspiring experiences we want them to be. It's why our equipment is inspected, maintained and updated on a regular basis. Our working practices, operating procedures and risk assessments are regularly reviewed and updated. It's also why staff training, supervision and ongoing development really matters to us.

By getting to know our customers (or potential customers) and what they are really looking to acheive, we give ourselves the opportunity to deliver a tailored experience that meets everybody's expectations (aka. happy customers!) Sometimes we get an enquiry and we feel we're not quite what a customer is looking for and if that's the case, we just say so and try to point people in the right direction. We've undoubtedly lost some business over the years, but we hope that one day, when we are the right people for the job, those we've helped, given ideas to or even found free alternatives for will remember and come back to us. And even that's not the case, we still have customers we know, remember and enjoy returning to year after year.

Once event day comes, we give it our all to make things as great as they can be. Delivering memorable experiences and activities is what we do, but there's more too. Organising events and activity days isn't always easy but we've got your back. We like to arrive early rather than late, often have spare activities on board just in case the weather isn't playing ball and if we can help with anything else, we will. In the last year alone we have: set up and leant customers spare marquees and chairs, set up our customer's marquees, helped to set up tables, provided a full day of alternative activities in the middle of a storm and stayed late so everybody had a chance to take part in the booked activities, returned on additional days if activities weren't well used due to rain and probably lots more too. It's just what we do.

We couldn't do any of this without amazing staff members, so we look after them. Fair pay, plenty of training, opportunities to gain qualifications, a plentiful supply of haribo and the odd cup of tea made by the boss is how we do it. If you'd like to work for us, please feel free to drop us an email with a covering letter and CV.
